To make things a little easier than wading through a 44 page thread (and growing) trying to find Joe's nuggets of wisdom, I've collated together all of Joe's posts on that thread and copied them into a Microsoft Word document, which can be downloaded from here:

Obviously the posts are best read using forum software, where all the quotes and pics come up, but its all there in the document. And the contents can always be translated across if needed.
Personally, I've completed one channel so far and will be looking to add 3 more channels over the next year or so (my avatar is a pic of my build). This really is a great pre - thanks Joe for making it available
