Socket adaptor for replacing 2708 eproms with 2716 or 28c16 ROMs etc. Remove the need for -5v and +12v in several synthesizers like Prophet 5 Rev 2.0 & 3.0

Adaptor isolates -5v & +12v from new 2716 or 28c16 ROM which only need +5v to run and configures the pins to suit. So is a plug-and-play upgrade for old 2708 ROMs
