JLM PM2000 Solo mod kit when applied to all channels in a PM2000 type desk will make the normal mono CUE buttons give true stereo solo in place by muting all channels without CUE pressed. This gives you a more accurate solo signal than most normal desks as it keeps the audio path the same as when solo is not in use. Where as all normal desks send the solo signal out a completely different buss and audio path.

Changes the game

I have a Yamaha PM2K desk that I added this to all the channels. From my perspective this mod is mandatory to make these desks fully ready for studio use. It was easy and straight forward to do as well! The only negative was the PCB were not stuffed so it added time. But that is what keeps this affordable! (Mon Nov 07 2016, 05:14 am )
