Plug in adaptor to replace old ITI EQs filter pcb with potted rectangle filter opamps.

Allows discrete opamps like JLM99v, JLM 25HV, JLM35HVFET, FLICK535, HYBRID etc to plug in and run on +/-24v or +/-28v power rails.

The ITI filter adaptor replaces the below type ITI filter modules.
